Introduction to viral sampling solution
Our products can be used for
1. Sampling of influenza viruses (common flu, highly pathogenic avian influenza, H7N9 avian flu, etc.), foot and mouth viruses and other types of viruses
2. Sampling of chlamydia, mycoplasma, ureaplasma …
3. It can be used directly; it can also be preserved and transported for cell culture, PCR detection and so on
Compared with the conventional products, our advantages include:
1. Our virus sampling solution was prepared according to a modified protocol based on the invitrogen Hanks solution formula with improved resistance by adding streptomycin, kanamycin, amphotericin, 2% bovine serum albumin, sodium glutamate, glycine and other components
2. Packaging is carried out in a 10,000 level purification plant 100 level work station using 0.4 and 0.22 μm MILLIPORE membrane filter in order to improve the positive rate of detected viruses
3. The sampling tube
3.1 The design of the lid and the wall of the sampling tube (mm) allows anti-static and dynamic impact extrusion. The bottom of the tube is designed so as to allow easy centrifugation and make the tube shock resistant. The design of the inside of the cap allows the avoidance of liquid leaking and is in line with the UN2814 Biosafety regulations.
3.2 The tube and the cap is sterilized by Y-ray irradiation, without heat and enzymes such DNAase, RNA ase and toxic residue. This ensures that the sampling tube itself does not have a toxic effect on the sample.
3.3 The tube is of medical grade quality and is made of polypropylene materials. In addition, the tube is transparent, bright and clean and can be sterilized at high temperature and high pressure (120 ℃, 15 min) without distortion and does not become brittle at low temperature (-80 ℃).
